As managers and leaders, you will be required to offer feedback and constructive criticism to your colleagues and subordinates. In this assignment, you must review at least TWO of your peers' video and offer a critique. Please be constructive and objective but most of all respectful. Please pay attention to the directions below:
1. You must go back to Week 8 Midterm post and offer a written critique and at least one takeaway under your peers' video (between 100-200 words). Please be constructive and objective but most of all respectful.
2. In this post below, simply write the two peers' names and their video topics only. This will allow me to know exactly which videos you critiqued and to post a grade for this week's assignment. Again, your actual critique goes under Week 8 under your peers' video; however, only the two peers' names go in this post.
You will be graded on how well you assessed his or her video. If you actually watch the video and assess, I guarantee you will have more to say than "good job" or "I enjoyed the video."
Some things to consider when assessing your peers:
Evidence of outside research
Their presentation correlated with the research information (outline) they provided
Eye contact, posture, gestures
Did not use a lot of fillers (ahs, ums, pauses)
Clear speech, tone, volume
Compelling argument
Presentation flowed in a systemic order
Demonstrated knowledge of the subject
